The Duchess of Sussex is in the news again and this time she’s being hit with bullying allegations while Prince Andrew’s name is nowhere to be found.

It’s no secret that Meghan Markle has been the focal point of public ridicule by the UK press since her engagement with Prince Harry. The royal couples latest interview with Oprah Winfrey is set to air this Sunday and the media is preparing for the interview in typical fashion by dragging Meghan’s name through the dirt as much as possible.

This exact slander is what pushed the couple to decide to step down from their royal duties to live a quieter, peaceful life stateside to raise their family away from the eyes of the UK tabloids. The Duke of Sussex said in a statement “We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen.”

“This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity.”

However, the royal couple are back in the headlines again due to some public appearances, Prince Harry appeared on James Cordon’s The Late Late Show in a video interview and the couple are expected to appear with Oprah Winfrey for a “bombshell interview” this Sunday.

Meghan has been slammed for every reason the press can think of from extreme and blatant racism to opening a royal car door by herself.

The recent articles that have appeared today have been accusing her of ‘bullying’ Buckingham Palace staff, the Duchess has responded to these claims stating she is ‘upset’ and ‘hurt’ with these allegations as she is a victim of bullying herself.

With all this going on, the allegations against Prince Andrew still stand and yet are hardly spoken of in the media.
