Manchester based charity on a mission to end period poverty in Greater Manchester.
Every Month MCR are a local charity who produce and distribute packs to food banks, charities and shelters for anyone experiencing poverty across Greater Manchester.
They provide period packs which include pads, applicator and non-applicator tampons to cover all preferences. They also offer “pad only’ packs as tampons aren’t accessible for all. Plus, they add some chocolate – everyone wants choccy on their period!
The charity would typically make 800 packs a month but due to the pandemic they are making over 1000 packs a month.
