Storm Christoph is worsening and weather warnings have been issued to areas across Greater Manchester.
We’ve been hit with torrential rain this week courtesy of Storm Christoph with flood warnings and it’s only Wednesday!
The Flood Information Service has said there are 12 areas that are most at risk including River Roch in Rochdale, River Roch in Littleborough, Walsden Water, the River Mersey at Cheadle Wood and Ford Lane.
Trafford Council have also warned residents living in postcode areas M32 8 or M32 9. Stay up to date, here.
Transport services have also been affected by the floodings with Northern Rail cancelling the Bolton to Blackburn line and using replacement buses as an alternative. More travel disruptions are a strong possibility.
